Shipping: Orders take 1 business day to process. Standard & Premium color products are made to order and will leave our warehouse in 2-3 weeks. We do not guarantee delivery dates at the time of sale. We advise against scheduling contractors prior to the receipt of your materials.

Returns (Standard colors): American Tin Ceilings allows returns on Standard color products, up to seven days after delivery. If an order has not shipped yet, then the cancellation policy would apply. Standard color products are returnable minus a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned in a new, sellable condition. Customers must receive a return authorization within seven days of delivery.
